Logitech MX Master 3 laggy startup after sleep fix - Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio

When the MX Master 3 is not in constant use, it seems like it is going into sleep mode, or something like that. Turning off sleep in power management in device manager, for the Intel Wireless Bluetooth seems to fix the issue.
